Zusammenfassung

Nachweis, dass Ftorafur, N1-(2′-Furanidyl)-5-Fluorouracil das Überleben leukämischer Mäuse deutlich steigert und ausserdem als Lysosomen-Stabilisator wirken könnte, wobei die in vivo Stabilisierung der Lysosomen den antileukämischen Effekt dieses Zytostatikums unterstützen könnte.
