De Bond van de Generieke Geneesmiddelenindustrie Nederland (Bogin) zegt per direct het Transitieakkoord farmaceutische zorg op. Het Transitieakkoord is op 17 september 2007 gesloten door Bogin, apothekersorganisatie KNMP, Zorgverzekeraars Nederland, brancheorganisatie van farmaceutische bedrijven Nefarma en het ministerie van VWS en zou gelden tot en met 31 december 2009.
