Classification of Factors Affecting Blood Glucose Concentration Dynamics

Factors affecting blood glucose concentration dynamics are reviewed. Development of an artificial pancreas involves designing special software to provide correct operation of an insulin pump and blood glucose concentration monitoring. Analysis of factors affecting blood glucose concentration dynamics allows critical factors to be determined. The factors should be taken into consideration in the development of artificial pancreas software.
