Abstract

In this essay, the author will describe a personal narrative history as experimental digital artist and the transformation of his creative practice toward the full embrace of an activist creative stance in responses to militarism, violence and the war or terror. Using an autobiographical structure to trace the lineage of works utilizing digital media and public engagement/interventionist or hacktivist strategies to engage the social and political present.
