Abstract
Thermosensitive nanoparticles were synthesized by acylation of branched polyethyleneimine with isobutyroyl chloride and cross-linking by 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate. It was found that colloidal aqueous solutions of these particles reversibly lose solubility around physiological temperature. The influence of the composition of the nanoparticle on their hydrodynamic parameters, as well as on the phase transition temperatures in aqueous solutions was evaluated.
