Aging and the Brain

Abstract

The morphologic changes of age which concern the neuropathologist must be not only those he can correlate with clinical signs and symptoms, but also those he can relate to fundamental biology. It is the purpose of this paper to provide as much of this structural correlation as is currently possible in regard to Alzheimer’s disease.
