Abstract
Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive disease characterized by cutaneous photosensitivity, decreased ability to repair DNA damage by UV radiation and the early development of cutaneous, and ocular malignancies. He suffered from hypopigmented macules, hyperpigmented skin on exposed area, multiple tumors on the right retro auricular, face, and scalp.
