Zusammenfassung
Angiogenese, Adhäsion der Tumorzellen an Gefäßendothel und Basalmembran, Proteolyse der Basalmembran sowie Migration sind essentielle Bestandteile der pathologischen Kaskade, die Invasion und Metastasierung der malignen Zelle ermöglichen. Wesentliche Bestandteile der Basalmembran sind Laminin, Collagen IV und Fibronektin [1]. Die Anheftung an diese Glykoproteine wird durch spezifische Rezeptoren der Tumorzellen vermittelt. Für die Progression von Tumoren wurde die Unabhängigkeit maligner Zellen von externen Wachstumsfaktoren und der Adhäsion postuliert [2]. Wir haben kürzlich berichtet, daß Transforming Growth Factor β 1 (TGF β31) Wachstum und Invasion follikulärer (FTC) und papillärer (PTC) Schilddrüsencarcinomzellen in vitro hemmt [3]. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war, die Regulationsmechanismen dieses Effektes zu untersuchen.
