Zusammenfassung
Die evolutionäre Entwicklung von Technologie hin zu mehr Digitalisierung führt zu einer Vernetzung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen. Im Kontext dieser Vernetzung entstehen disruptive Geschäftsmodelle für traditionelle Anbieter und Märkte. In der Folge passiert Veränderung.
Diese Veränderung wird im vorliegenden Artikel mit einem holistischen, domänenübergreifenden Verständnis und im Hinblick auf Geschäftsprozesse, Rollen sowie Strukturen diskutiert. Smart City ist dabei das Anwendungsfeld und die tägliche Erinnerung, Verantwortung neu zu denken. Die Logik ist auf andere Themenfelder übertragbar.
Digitalisierung ist der Treiber für neue Rollen und Strukturen – Smart City ein Anwendungsfeld.
