Abstract

Perceptual-motor and motor problems have long been associated with the hyperactivity syndrome. In most texts describing the hyperactivity syndrome, mention is made of motor problems as at least a probable related symptom that can be troublesome for the child. Wender (1973) stated that approximately half of all hyperactive children reveal coordination difficulties.
