Abstract

Role Competency Matrix (RCM) is a graphical representation of the roles and competencies of the employees in an organization. RCM facilitates a structured approach to developing the competencies needed to fulfill business objectives. It does this by “quantifying” the organization’s intellectual capital and helping to track organizational and individual competencies for various roles and projects. RCM provides comprehensive information about organizational competency.
