Abstract
Aesthetic gynecology is the fastest growing and evolving superspecialized field of gynecology. It has seen increasing patient and physician demand. In past, it has been mainly practiced by obstetricians and gynecologist but nowadays plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, dentists, and anesthetists are showing more interest in this field. Various cosmetic workshops and observership courses were also offered by the editor in the year 2019–2020, in which more than 300 delegates participated. The InSARG (Indian Society of Aesthetic & Regenerative Gynaecology) is in process of forming policy and guidelines for Indian Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and Indian patients and thus offering a golden opportunity for doctors to expand their knowledge in this area of interest. For safe practice it is very important that proper training on energy based devices is taken. One must remember safety, knowledge and empathy towards patient are key for success.
