One new quinone derivative, 1′,2′-epoxyflexibilisquinone (1), and one known quinone compound, flexibilisquinone (2), were isolated from the wild-type soft coral Sinularia scabra. The structures of both compounds 1 and 2 were established by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with the reported data.
