The matter of saving and restoring the Aral Sea is not currently on the agenda of any conference, project or scientific research supported by governmental bodies. There is a sort of silent agreement on the impossibility of saving the Sea. Meanwhile, there have been no attempts to save the Sea, not even one single approach has been taken. There is a demand for new arguments for saving and restoring the Sea.
