Über eine neuartige Synthese substituierter 5-Hydroxychinazoline

Zusammenfassung

Durch Einwirkung von Basen der allgemeinen Formel R2C(NH2)∶NH (R2=H, Alkyl, Aryl, OCH3, SCH3, NH2) auf o-Chinolacetate, die am C-6 einen Rest R3CO (R3=H oder Alkyl) tragen, lassen sich in durchschnittlich guter Ausbeute substituierte 5-Hydroxychinazoline darstellen. Diese tragen im Heteroring in 2- und 4-Stellung die Reste R2 bzw. R3, im Benzolanteil außer der OH-Gruppe noch die jeweiligen Alkylsubstituenten des Chinolacetates.
