Conclusions
-
1.
Long-lasting (for several hours) changes in the threshold of activation of Purkinje cells through parallel fibers was demonstrated after simultaneous stimulation of these cells via parallel and climbing fibers.
-
2.
Short-term (tens of seconds) changes in synaptic efficiency were observed during stimulation of the Purkinje cell by a series of pulses with a frequency of 0.5 Hz.
