Zusammenfassung
Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80®), eine polyhydroxyle, nicht-ionisierbare, oberflächenaktive Substanz, vermindert die Adsorption von Urokinase an Glas, erhöht deren fibrinolytische Aktivität in vitro und steigert ihre thrombolytische Wirkung in experimentell hervorgerufenen Thrombosen im Kaninchen.
