Summary
The behaviour of effective potential in the strong gravitational field limit and in the strong scalar field limit for an arbitrary asymptotically free theory is derived. The stability conditions of quantum field theory in curved space-time are found. The asymptotical behaviour of the effective action in higher-derivative gravity is investigated.
