Abstract
The antihypoxant and antioxidant features were found to be widely present in 20–63 and 75%, respectively, of galenic forms of medicinal plants. Since these features are markedly expressed and combined, phytopreparations may be recommended for the treatment of destructive diseases of the brain. The antioxidant effect was found in cases of successful phytotherapy of patients with discirculatory encephalopathy.
