Summary

A continuous flow method is described as applied to the investigation of microbiological processes taking place in soil samples. The principle of the method and its technical arrangement are also presented in detail. The applicability of the continuous flow method to microbiological research is discussed.

Описан непрерывный проточный метод, применяемый, для изучения микробиологических процессов в образцах почвы. Указан принцип метода и техника его применения. Обсуждаются возможности использования непрерывного проточного метода для микробиологического исследования почв.
