Algebraicity criteria for almost homogeneous complex spaces

Abstract.

We give some algebraicity criteria on almost homogeneous spaces and thereby generalize the following result of D. Luna: every smooth equivariant Moishezon compactification of an algebraic torus is in fact algebraic.
