Abstract
Structural, magnetic and dielectric properties for the synthesized Fe doped nano barium stannate (BaSnO3) are investigated intently. The nanocuboids, nanoparticles and nanorods of BaSnO3 (BSO) by the influence of Fe ions are seen. Raman measurements shows a blue shift (646 cm−1) for the doped system and the magnetic and electric properties are studied by VSM, dielectric and PE loop measurements. Well saturated ferromagnetism exhibited at room temperature with high saturation magnetization (23.025 m emu g−1) and coercivity (339.3 G) are observed for Fe (5 at.%) doped BaSnO3.
