Originally it was her PhD thesis in Polish (“Zarządzanie Internetem a jurysdykcja państw. Uzasadnienie potrzeby międzynarodowej regulacji prawnej cyberprzestrzeni”) for which she received, from the Ministry of Economy, the prize for the best doctoral paper in the field of intellectual property in 2008.
Of very fragmentary character.
The most significant are United States v. Thomas of 1996; Minnesota v. Granite Gate Resort Inc. of 1997; and Zippo Manufacturing Co. v. Zippo Dot Com Inc. of 1997.
The Act at issue allows assumption of jurisdiction over actions when a computer (including a computer located outside the territory of the United States) is used in any way potentially affecting communications within the USA. The next step will likely be the adoption of the Protecting Cyberspace as a National Asset Act proposed by the Obama administration.

Not too many were published either in Polish or German.
