Relationship of cattle blood groups and the service period duration

Abstract

The index of antigenic similarity of cattle pairs is calculated. Average negative correlations between the antigenic similarity of cattle pairs and the service period are obtained. The use of high antigenic similarity in crossing of animals helps to reduce the service time.
