Dr Kazuhiko Shibuya is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of System Design, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Japan. He majored in Computational Social Science, which focuses on social science studies using computational techniques in wide areas such as advanced information technologies, science research policy (including Science and Technology Studies (STS)), digitized data analysis, sustainable environment policy, disaster resilience studies and comprehensive risk studies.
