She is professor of Genetics who is research deputy of Personalized Medicine Research Center, Endocrinology and Metabolism Clinical Sciences Institute, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran and director of Medical Genomics Research Center, Tehran Medical Sciences, Islamic Azad University,Tehran, Iran.

She is also an active member of the International Consortium for Personalised Medicine(ICPerMed) and the Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium (CPIC®).
