Abstract
We analyze properties of small scale events observed by the Soft X-ray Telescope (SXT) aboard the Yohkoh satellite. The analysis focuses on a sequence of highest resolution SXT images of the quiet Sun. Non-standard methods were used in order to correct images for dark current and hot pixels. Basic properties of weak X-ray events found in the data are discussed.
