Zusammenfassung

Frühsymptome von Persönlichkeitsstörungen zeigen sich häufig schon in der Kindheit, differenzieren sich in der Adoleszenz und manifestieren sich dauerhaft in typischer Form im frühen Erwachsenenalter (s. auch Herpertz-Dahlmann 2003; Herpertz-Dahlmann u. Herpertz 2003). Die Lebensspanne von Kindheit und Jugend ist daher besonders geeignet, zu der Prävention von Persönlichkeitsstörungen im Erwachsenenalter beizutragen oder Frühmanifestationen zu behandeln
