Abstract

This paper presents our experiments with automatic recognition system trained on Slovak SpeechDat-E1 database. Automatic recognition system is based on reference recognition system developed by the COST 249 SpeechDat special interest group. It is automatic, language independent training procedure for training and also testing phonetic recognition systems for a SpeechDat-compliant databases. Our test results for Slovak SpeechDat(E) database are presented along with some results reported from COST 249 community.
