Abstract

This paper discusses and examines the experience we have gained in using agile planning and tracking tools, with particular reference to a recent very successful project called M@rketInfo. The aim herein is to demonstrate the efficacy of alternative methods based on actual time as compared to the more consolidated methods of Yesterday’s Weather, Velocity and Ideal Time. We shall also introduce some significant metrics to help the reader acquire a deeper understanding of the project and the techniques used.
