Abstract
The Convex Decomposition Stability Analysis Method (CDS method), a computer aided method for strictly proving stability, is developed further in this paper. It can now be applied to control systems consisting of a piecewise linearized plant, with a piecewise multiaffine discrete-time control law. The idea of the Convex Enclosure has been further developed and realized for applications. The efficiency of the method is demonstrated by applying it to a fuzzy control system.
