Abstract
Under the leadership of Party and Government, and in accordance with the country’s policy of developing the national economy in a planned and proportional way, the textile industry has been vigorously developed over the last few years. At the same time, major efforts have been devoted to developing heavy industry and to increasing agricultural production. In the past few years, in order to guarantee that we meet the needs of the masses for textiles, which increase daily, great achievements have been made in raising production levels, in speeding up the pace of capital construction, in improving enterprise management and administration, and in raising the welfare and living standards of staff and workers.
