Abstract
This book focuses on netbooks that come installed with the Microsoft Windows operating system. This also means that the default web browser installed on your new netbook is most likely Microsoft’s Internet Explorer (IE). It’s a good web browser, with all the standard features you’d expect from a browser: bookmarks (or Favorites), the ability to block pop-ups, and the ability to set your homepage are just a few examples of its features.
