Abstract
IMicrosoft Expression Blend is an application provided by Microsoft to overcome the shortcomings of WPF and the Silverlight designer integrated in Visual Studio. The current version of Visual Studio, 2010, has a well-done WPF integrated designer, but the previous version, 2008, lacked a lot of functionality.
