Abstract

The diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis in immunocompromised patients is often challenging. Although HIV infection is the greatest risk factor for TB; there are a growing number of cases of TB in patients on immunosuppressive therapy. Here we present two challenging cases of tuberculosis in immunocompromised hosts.
