Abstract

Cloud computing and Enterprise Interoperability could help enterprises flexibly fit market challenges, collaborating with their partners. Cloud computing models can be splited into three basic designs: Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS); Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Recently, everything/anything as a Service (XaaS) is becoming a mainstream of evolution of cloud. Cloud computing has generated amount of benefits for industrial enterprises. It is thought to be a new and useful way to address challengs of IT and business. In order to enable enterprises to get stable benefits from cloud computing and maitain a significant competivity in this dynamic industrial envirionment, design and implement a flexible, efficient, low cost governance strategy is necessary. We provide a Governance as a Service framework to support flexible, high-efficiency, cost-effective and comprehensive governance to various multi-layer industrial architecture.
