Abstract

With an increasing emphasis on whole body rejuvenation as a trend in aesthetic medicine, improvement of hand aging is playing a major role in terms of patient practices. The hands may show aging in terms of skin characteristic aberrations i.e., surface changes, pigment dyschromia or rhytids as well as volume depletion characteristics which include protuberant dorsal arch veins and skin laxity. In this setting, the treatment of protuberant dorsal arch veins of the hand plays a major role.
