Abstract

Urban planning is a multi-dimensional and multi-disciplinary activity embracing social, economic, political, anthropological, and technical factors. As the body of knowledge and the scope of urban activities grow, computers have been increasingly utilized in this field, mostly for the numerical analysis of urban problems.
