Abstract

In [Me73] (see also [DM, XII-39]) Meyer associated with each ξ∈ Exc and uS a number L(ξ, u) with 0 ≤ L(ξ, u) ≤∞, which generalizes the notion of energy in classical potential theory. We shall proceed in a slightly different manner from that used in [DM, XII-39].
