Abstract
The HLA-B7 antigen was one of the best serologically defined HLA antigens in the Ninth Histocompatibility Workshop in 1984. Nevertheless, we could describe at least four different subtypes of the HLA-B7 antigen (*1). We now present data indicating a further heterogeneity of the HLA-B7 antigen as analyzed by HLA-B7 allospecific CTL clones, conventional pregnancy sera, and ID-IEF.
