Abstract
In this experiment, for the first time, ultra-cold neutrons (UCN), i.e. neutrons with a velocity ≤ 6 m/sec, were used for a search of the neutron electric dipole moment (EDM). In this report only the present stage of the investigation and the latest version of the experimental set-up are presented. A more detailed description is given in refs. 1–5.
