Abstract
We have established four cell lines designated YMDR6 to YMDR9 by in vivo subthreshold treatment of Yoshida lymphosarcoma with methylene dimethanesulphonate (MDMS). These have been transferred to cell culture and grown continuously. Only YMDR8 was cloned.
