Abstract
A way to view this is to consider three principal elements in tension within engineering. They are People, Profit, and Process.
Chain reaction–improve quality what happens? Your cost goes down. Half of the people here will understand that the other half will not… You can talk about quality, but if you don’t know what to do about it, bring it about, quality is an empty work.
