Geminate Recombination in MQW Structures in a Magnetic Field

Abstract

In studies of hot electron photoluminescence in multiple quantum well (MQW) structures [1] we have observed an unusual emission close to the excitation line. This luminescence arises in a magnetic field directed perpendicular to the plane of the quantum well. In what follows this luminescence will be called near-resonance luminescence.
