Abstract
The interaction between gaba·transaminase and succinic semildehyde dehydrogenase, two mitochondrial enzymes, have been studied using affinity chromatography, polarization of fluorescence and gel filtration techniques (Hearl and Churchich, 1984). In this report, we have investigated the interaction between gaba·transaminase and monoclonal anti·p·pxy antibodies.
