Abstract

We have measured the temperature dependences of the current-voltage characteristics of T1-Ca-Ba-Cu-O superconducting thin film. There are direct evidences that the thin film goes through a vortex glass transition well below the superconducting transition temperature at Tm≅32.5K. At lower temperatures below Tm, the dissipations are due to the motion of a fixed number of vortices with a vortex-glass structure, while at temperatures above Tm it increases with temperature in proportional to the number of thermally activated vortices in correspondence with Kosterlitz-Thouless (K-T) transition.
