Abstract
We have analyzed and investigated patterns of amyloid deposition three-dimensionally in several organs of autopsied 8 cases with primary amyloidosis. With the help of computer-assisted devices, We have attempted the three-dimensional reconstruction and the measurement of deposited amyloid.
