Abstract
Hello reader, I hope you have connected your bot to any of available social channels using QnA Maker and the Azure Web App Bot service, as I explained in the last chapter. If you have, congratulations, as your bot is a hero in the outer world and you are now a bot expert! If you have not done this yet, then never mind, just start using QnA Maker and the Azure Web App Bot to create your own FAQ Bot. You can get connected to the wider audience through social channels later.
