He has persistent jugular venous distention despite adequate dialysis.
The left ventricular cavity is mildly dilated, and mildly reduced global systolic function is evident. The left ventricular ejection fraction is 47%. The right ventricle demonstrates mild dilatation as well, with mildly reduced function.
