Abstract

The main purpose of this chapter is to summarize the current treatment options in patients with uncommon nasopharyngeal tumours where surgical intervention is difficult because of the anatomic localisation. For these cases, radiotherapy is preferred as a treatment option due to surgical difficulty. With that scope, treatment options of nasopharyngeal carcinomas, plasmacytomas, angiofibromas, and minor salivary gland tumours will be discussed.
